Loc is an experienced engineering leader with over ten years building production-scale backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI platforms.
As a Founding and Lead Engineer for The Neptune App, he worked closely with the CTO to shape the product's technical direction and engineering foundations from the ground up. His background includes delivering cloud and infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients at Rackspace Technology, with deep expertise in serverless architecture, AI/LLM integration, and system optimization.
